What is your turnaround time?

We are committed to 12-18 hours turnaround. We are working with off-shore editors which allows us to visit your property during the day, edit during the night, check quality in the morning and deliver by noon.

Do you photograph vacant properties?

Absolutely. While furnished property gives your buyer a great home vibe, vacant properties allows us to virtually stage with ease and are easier to photograph.

Can I tailor-make a package that fits my needs?

Yes. While we provide all essential service through our simple and straightforward packages, we do offer all services in a-la carte which allows you to order exactly what you need.

What do I need to do to make the photo-shoot successful?

That's a great question. We believe that collaboration and setting expectations is key to a successful session and happy clients.

Property should be ready to shoot, vacant or tidy is good. We will move smaller items and move back once the shoot is done but we will not move large object or clear room out of respect to the owner privacy and our safety.
Pets must be out of the property during shoot for our safety and the cleanness of our photos.
It is highly recommended that seller will be out of the property as the session might get emotional and interfere with our work.
